Christian (Chris) Herr
Executive Vice President

cutive Vice President of PennAg, Chris is responsible for the overall management of the association, service corporation and PennAg Insurance Group. He is responsible for staff oversight, managing the day to day programs and financial affairs of PennAg and its operating councils.





Kelly Caldwell
Director of Communications & Member Services
Kelly coordinates PennAg's public and media relations efforts, is responsible for the development 
of PennAg printed literature  and provides routine support of the PennAg website and member database. Kelly also works closely with the  PennAg Membership Committee on member related activities, and completes a variety of member services.




Jessica Darr
Assistant Vice President
Social Media, Contract Groups
Jessica maintains PennAg's presence in the social media world, keeping folks in tune with PennAg happenings around the Commonwealth. Jessica also serves as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Pork Producers Council and works with the Certified Crop Advisers  Program (CCA) and PA Agronomic Education Society (PAES).



Karen Deimler
Office Administrator & Accounting Associate
Karen’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of the PennAg office and various clerical tasks required on a routine basis. She also assists with numerous association activities and serves as the recording secretary for the Service Corporation & Association.  Her extensive bookkeeping and administrative experience serves both PennAg and the contract relationships held by PennAg’s Service Corporation.

 





Colleen Hershey
Assistant Vice President
AquacultureHorse, Manure Haulers / Applicators and Swine Councils
Colleen oversees many PennAg Councils, coordinating regular events and meetings for those groups. She also assists with the planning for the PennAg Annual Meeting & Spring Banquet.




 

Tiffany Piaskowski
Financial Management, Bookkeeping
Daily bookkeeping and billing for the association and the service corporation are Tiffany's main 
responsibilities. Tiffany also assists in forming the budget for both entities. 

  



 

Jennifer Reed-Harry
Assistant Vice President
Legislative and Environmental Affairs, Transportation and Workforce Committees

A registered lobbyist, Jennifer is very active on the Capitol scene, meeting with regulators, legislators and staff 

on pertinent issues. She also works with the Legislative (assisting in setting association policy), Transportation and Workforce Committees.


Mackenzie Strawser
Council Director
Agronomic Products; Feed, Grain & Allied Industry; Poultry; and Seed Councils

Our newest staff member, Mackenzie joined the PennAg team full-time in December 2019 after previously serving as a PennAg summer intern. Mackenzie works with many of our councils to coordinate various events and meetings for members in those areas of the industry. She also serves as the American Egg Board State Representative for Pennsylvania and works closely with the PEQAP program.
