Members in Action - Photos
PennAg Industries Association, along with the PA Dairymen's Club, hosted an event on June 21, 2011 to celebrate June Dairy month and promote the 2012 PA Farm Show. Attendees received a free milkshake, the same delicious milkshakes enjoyed at the PA Farm Show, and thanks to the PA Dairy Princesses on hand that day, attendees were also provided with information regarding the importance of the dairy industry in Pennsylvania. The 2011 PennAg Feed, Grain and Allied Industry Council / SEPAGBA Golf Outing & Grain Meeting was held on June 16. Participants enjoyed a beautiful day of golf at Foxchase Golf Club, then concluded the evening with an annual grain meeting. Mr. Patrick Boova of the International Agribusiness Group presented a Market Outlook & Report Analysis. Thank you to all who participated and sponsored the event. The 133rd PennAg Annual Meeting was held on March 24, 2011 at the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center. The event focused on 'Discovering Opportunity through Challenge,' while watching the movie Food, Inc. and having a panel discussion regarding the movie. The group then heard from Charlie Arnot (Center for Food Integrity, CMA) as he discussed 'Messages that Matter' when telling the story of agriculture. The event came to an end with the Annual Spring Banquet, which highlighted the Distinguished Service Award presentations and the entertainment of comedian Damian Mason. VIEW PHOTOS.

Lieutenant Governor Candidate Jim Cawley addressed the PennAg Board of Directors prior to their business meeting on September 9, 2010. VIEW PHOTOS.

The PennAg Horse Council met officially for the first time on September 8, 2010 at the Eden Resort in Lancaster. Thank you to Alltech for sponsoring the meeting and lunch! VIEW PHOTOS.

The 2010 PennAg PAC Sporting Clays Fundraiser was held at Martz's Game Farm in Dalmatia, PA. Approximately 65 shooters participated in the event, while 8 groups sponsored the outing. Thank you for your support! VIEW PHOTOS.

The 2010 Animal Welfare Forum, titled 'Working Together for Animal Welfare from Farm to Fork,' brought together many industry leaders, along with keynote speaker Dr. Temple Grandin. The event was held on August 12 at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center. VIEW PHOTOS.
The 132nd Annual PennAg Convention was held on March 11, 2010 at the Lancaster County Convention Center, downtown Lancaster, PA. The event titled, "Leading Change: Learning from the Past, Preparing for the Future," proved a great event for members and friends of the association. Thank you to all who participated in the event!
