 Christian (Chris) Herr

cutive Vice President of PennAg, Chris is responsible for the overall management of the

 association, service corporation and PennAg Insurance Group. He is responsible for staff

 oversight, managing the day to day programs and financial affairs of PennAg and its operating


 Amy Bradford
 Assistant Vice President
 Swine Council
 Amy works with the members of the Swine Council to make them aware of important issues and

 legislation that may affect member companies. Amy also serves as the Executive Director of the

 Pennsylvania Pork Producers Council and works with the Certified Crop Advisers Program (CCA)   and PA Agronomic Education Society (PAES).

 Kelly Caldwell
 Director of Communications
 Kelly coordinates PennAg's public and media relations efforts, is responsible for the development

 of the PennAg Journal and other printed literature and provides routine support of the PennAg website

 and member database.

 Nicole Cassel
 Director of Member Relations & Insurance Benefits
 Nicole manages the
PennAg Insurance Group, offering a variety of insurance options to members of

 the association. Nicole is responsible for the maintenance of current members of the insurance

 group, as well as new enrollment. She is also active in member relations and activities within the



 Karen Deimler
 Accounting & Administrative Assistant
 Karen assists with day-to-day activities of the association, and also serves as recording secretary for many

 Committee and Council events and activities. Her extensive bookkeeping, accounting and administrative

 skills are extremely beneficial as data entry and management are priority tasks.





 Mindy Fleetwood
 Assistant Vice President, Director of Member Services
 Agronomic Products Council, Horse Council, Manure Haulers/Applicators CouncilSeed Council
 Mindy works with various PennAg councils to keep members abreast of issues and legislation that may
 affect their companies. Coordinating regular council meetings and events, Mindy keeps in touch with

 members and is able to bring their respective concerns and challenges to the attention of decision-makers

 in an effort to positively affect member companies and agribusiness as a whole. Additionally,
 Mindy coordinates the PennAg Annual Meeting & Spring Banquet, 
works closely with the PennAg
 Membership Committee on member related activities, and completes
a variety of member services.


 Tiffany Piaskowski
 Financial Management, Bookkeeping
 Daily bookkeeping and billing for the association and the service corporation are Tiffany's main

 responsibilities. Tiffany also assists in forming the budget for both entities. 



 Jennifer Reed-Harry
 Assistant Vice President
 Aquaculture Council, Legislative and Environmental Affairs, Transportation and
Workforce Committees
 Jennifer works with the Aquaculture Council to make those members aware of issues that may affect

 their companies. A registered lobbyist, Jennifer also is very active on the Capitol scene, meeting with legislators and staff on pertinent issues. She also works with the Legislative (assisting in setting association policy), Transportation, and Workforce Committees.
