 Christian (Chris) Herr

cutive Vice President of PennAg, Chris is responsible for the overall management of the association, service corporation and PennAg Insurance Group. He is responsible for staff oversight, managing the day to day programs and financial affairs of PennAg and its operating councils.

 Kelly Caldwell
 Director of Communications & Member Services
 Kelly coordinates PennAg's public and media relations efforts, is responsible for the development 
of PennAg printed literature  and provides routine support of the PennAg website and member database. Kelly also works closely with the  PennAg Membership Committee on member related activities, and completes a variety of member services.

 Jessica Darr
 Assistant Vice President
 Agronomic Products CouncilSeed CouncilSwine Council
 Jessica works with the members of the Agronomic Products, Seed, and Swine Councils to make them aware of important issues and legislation that may affect  member companies. Jessica also serves as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Pork Producers Council and works with the Certified Crop Advisers  Program (CCA) and PA Agronomic Education Society (PAES).

 Karen Deimler
 Office Administrator & Accounting Associate
Karen’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of the PennAg office and various clerical tasks required on a routine basis. She also assists with numerous association activities and serves as the recording secretary for the Service Corporation, Association & Insurance Group. Her extensive bookkeeping and administrative experience serves PennAg’s Insurance Group, in addition to certain contract relationships held by PennAg’s Service Corporation.


Colleen Hershey
Assistant Vice President
Horse Council, Manure Haulers / Applicators Council, Social Media
Colleen handles the social media presence for PennAg, keeping the association's Facebook and Twitter accounts up-to-date and relevant. Aside from creating posts and tweets, Colleen also oversees the PennAg Horse Council and Manure Haulers/Applicators Council, coordinating regular events and meetings for those groups. She also assists with the planning for  the PennAg Annual Meeting & Spring Banquet.

Katie McLaughlin
Council Director
Feed, Grain & Allied Industry Council and Poultry Council
Katie works with various PennAg councils to keep members abreast of issues and legislation that may affect their companies. Coordinating regular council meetings and events, Katie keeps in touch with members and is able to bring their respective concerns and challenges to the attention of decision-makers in an effort to positively affect member companies and agribusiness as a whole.


Tiffany Piaskowski
Financial Management, Bookkeeping
Daily bookkeeping and billing for the association and the service corporation are Tiffany's main 
responsibilities. Tiffany also assists in forming the budget for both entities. 



 Jennifer Reed-Harry
 Assistant Vice President
 Aquaculture Council, Legislative and Environmental Affairs, Transportation and
Workforce Committees
 Jennifer works with the Aquaculture Council to make those members aware of issues that may affect

 their companies. A registered lobbyist, Jennifer also is very active on the Capitol scene, meeting with legislators and staff
 on pertinent issues. She 
also works with the Legislative (assisting in setting association policy), Transportation, and
 Workforce Committees.
